DESCRIPTION:Our MEMBERS along with family and friends are invited to our Strawberry & Cream Afternoon Tea event.\n\nOur annual fund raising event will soon be here.\n\nWe still need donations for the raffle and tombola so please bring them along to our June meeting if you are attending. If not\, items can be collected. We will also have a cake stall so please bring cakes on the day if you can. SUMMARY:Christmas Party
DESCRIPTION:There will be NO MEETING in December – It’s time to jingle ladies\, it’s time for our annual group Christmas meal.\n\n\n\n Thursday 4th December is our Group Xmas Meal. \n\n\n\nThe venue this year is The Black Horse at Elton\, Peterborough.\n\nThe Xmas set menu is below. There is also an a la carte menu for those who don’t want the set menu (to follow). Copies of the menu will be handed out at the October and November meetings. 2 courses £29.95 or 3 courses £39.95. The Group will contribute £15.00 per person towards the food. The Pub requires a £10 booking fee per person which is non- refundable.\n\n\n\n\n\nTo secure your place you will need to pay a £10 deposit up front which will be non-refundable if you later cancel\, unless you are unable to attend due to your treatment.\n\n\n\nThere will be a raffle on the night to win a Christmas Food and Drink Hamper.\n\n\n\nTickets can be bought at the October/November meetings and on the night. Please bring a gift on the night for the secret Santa (value limited to £5-£10)

SUMMARY:Summer Picnic In The Park - Burghley
DESCRIPTION:This is our joint event with the Rutland and Stamford Cancer Support Group. Members\, friends and family are all welcome. Look out for the Rutland and Stamford Cancer Support Group gazebo. Bring your picnic and chairs to Burghley House\, Stamford.\n\nThe Stamford Group will have a gazebo and flag near the main car park.  The car park is free. Bring a picnic and a chair for a lovely lazy afternoon in good company and hopefully some sunshine. Please say if you would like to go but have no transport as we can sort out a car share.\n\nI hope many of you from our group will be able to attend. It’s good for us all to see members at events like this outside of the Group meetings\, just to relax\, have some nice food\, chat and hopefully on this occasion stay dry!\nFingers crossed for the weather.

DESCRIPTION:A visit to the fitting suite at Eloise in MK has been booked. Arrangements have been made to car share. For those who could not make this visit another one will be arranged for later in the year. The fitting suite does not open at weekends which members who are working means taking annual leave if possible.
